Who is that anyway? Anat Shpigler-Miron lives in Israel and has practiced yoga on a daily basis since 2006. Anat is a Certified Bikram Yoga Teacher, a Certified Vinyasa Teacher and an Aeorbics Instructor. She has 14 years of ballet experience with the Bar Dor Ballet School.
